Mara House is a small, fairly simple private house at the foot of Kipileo Hill in the Olchorro Losoit valley, within the Lemek hills, far from the tourist trail and within the 70,000 acre Mara North Conservancy area (one of the community conservation areas) just north of the Masai Mara Game Reserve.

These lead onto the verandah so all can enjoy the wonderful views down to the game rich waterhole. It is here and at the nearby pool (shared with Acacia House) that much of the day is passed when not out and exploring.
The three double rooms are all en-suite and spacious living areas mean the group staying here has plenty of indoor as well as outdoor space.
