Tsavo is Kenya's largest safari destination and one of the largest wildlife sanctuaries in the world! On safari in Tsavo you'll see large herds of Red-soiled Elephants caused by the thin red dust found in Tsavo. There are interesting geographical features in Tsavo, including the Lugard Falls and the Mudanda Rock. This is a long rock outcrop that is about 1.6Km long. There is a dam at the base. Animals can be seen drinking.

Amboseli National Park is Kenya's first established game park and the word 'Amboseli' is the Maasai word for "salt dust". It is situated on the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro 5895m (19,340ft) very close to the Tanzanian border. With the majestic backdrop of Mt. Kilimanjaro, spectacular displays of wildlife (Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Cheetah, and Buffalo) and various plains' game, postcard perfect pictures are almost always guaranteed.
