Innovative Games
Often include a training module. They are customized activities that are created as metaphors for the workplace and build skills through an interactive, hands-on approach. Some include a de-briefing session, which is a short moderated discussion following the play portion. Some work well with no de-briefing whatsoever. Customized de-briefings can also be designed for your needs.
Competitive Play
Some teams just like to compete and here are some of the most unique team competitions that you'll find. All of these programs are professionally facilitated and customized to your group providing greater communication and interaction between team members.
Cooperative Team bonding

Team Bonding by Theme
Team bonding starting out just offering team building workshops until our clients asked for more. Now we have sub-divisions that focus on specific types of team building from our scavenger and treasure hunts to our newest Team Harmony music programs. During the facilitations, we ask the team a series of open-ended questions related to the challenge they have just completed and encourage them to recognize their strengths and weaknesses in meeting the challenge. The sort of questions we ask describes what went well in this task. How could we relate the way we planned for this task Vs the way we plan in our organization?
