Option 1: One Night Two Days Shimba Hills Lodge

Day 1: Mombasa – Shimba Hills – Aberdare Safari Hotels & Lodges

Our representative will pick you up from your hotel within Mombasa and head for a morning game drive in Shimba Hills National Reserve. The Shimba Hills hold one of the largest areas of coastal rain forest in East Africa after Arabuko Sokoke. The vegetation consists of forested scarp slopes and undulating grasslands interspersed with woodland clumps and ribbons of riverine forest in the steeply cut valleys. The Scenic landscape comprising of hills and valleys extending beyond the reserve boundaries are wonderful to behold. Main attractions are Sheldricks Falls and Sable antelope. Dinner and overnight stay at Shimba Hills Tree Lodge

Day 2: Shimba Hills – Mombasa

You have an option of indulging in a pre-breakfast game drive at the rain forest before embarking at the lodge for your breakfast; Depart Shimba Hills with a drop off to your beach hotel or at the airport.

Option 2: Mombasa – Mwaluganje

Day 1: Mombasa – Travelers Mwaluganje Elephant Camp

Depart in the morning from your beach hotel to Mwaluganje Elephant Sanctuary. Have a mid-morning game drive en route to Travelers Mwaluganje Elephant Camp arriving in time for lunch.

Mwaluganje Elephant Sanctuary is located in East Africa, in the Kwale District of Kenya's Coastal Province, and is a mere 45 kilometers southwest of Mombasa. The sanctuary has an area of 36 km², and it, along with the adjacent Shimba Hills National Reserve combine to form the Shimba Hills Ecosystem

Mwaluganje is a bull area boasting superb opportunity to see Kenya's big tuskers elephants are the big attraction and there are plenty of them. Mwaluganje is a historical bull area where independent elephant bulls grow in preparation for the demanding life of breeding males. Dinner and overnight stay at Travelers Mwaluganje Elephant Camp. From the comfort of the dinning area, Elephants can be viewed when they come to quench their thirst at man made waterhole

Day 2: Mwaluganje – Mombasa

After breakfast, depart Mwaluganje Sanctuary with a drop off to your beach hotel or at the airport.

From South Coast Beach Hotels

• 2 pax @ USD 295 pp sharing
• 4 pax @ USD 260 pp sharing
• 6 pax @ USD 220 pp sharing

Children Rate Policy:

• Children below 2 years sharing parent's room - Free of charge
• Children between 3 -11 years sharing parent's room - 70% of adult rate
• Children in own room - 80% of adult rate applies
• Children aged 12 yrs and above, adult rate applies
