One large master bedroom suite with bath and shower and private balcony overlooking the garden and towards the sea. Two double bedrooms with overhead fans, mosquito nets, air-conditioning and ensuite shower rooms.

One twin room with overhead fan, mosquito net and air-conditioning. A separate bathroom serves this bedroom. Downstairs the dining room leads out onto the sun terrace which overlooks the swimming pool.

On the top floor is a TV room with satellite television. This leads out to the makuti covered bar area. The house is fully staffed including excellent cook. There is a backup generator and security is provided by a night askari and G4S security buttons.www.crocodileracers.com
