Located in the heart of the Taita Hills wildlife Sanctuary that borders the Tsavo West off Voi Town.
Sarova Salt Lick Game Lodge has walk ways, tunnel with bunker and special windows for close up viewing of game at the floodlit waterhole at Night. Its name is taken from its setting a natural salt lick which was a congregation place for the neighborhood's salt- hungry residents.
Sarova Salt Lick has 96 rooms located 12 clusters on stilts with only 4 rooms on each of the 2 floors. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and have under gone refurbishment recently. They all have private bathrooms with shower. All beds have mosquito nets and each room is equipped with an electric fan.
