Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge is situated in Tsavo West National Park close to the Mtito Andei Gate which is 260 kilometers South East of Nairobi and 240 kilometers North East of Mombasa on the Nairobi - Mombasa highway. Transfers by road from Nairobi take approximately 3 hours.
Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge is the first lodge ever to be built in a Kenyan National Park and is superbly situated in the lee of Mount Kilimanjaro, encircled by volcanic splendor, adjacent to a teeming water hole and daily visited by vast herds of elephant, buffalo and plains game.

Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge has 56 rooms, of which 51 are standard rooms and 5 Suites; (all non-smoking) have their own verandas, some overlooking the waterhole, some the Chyulu Hills, which are one of the world's youngest volcanic ranges.
Kilaguni's waterhole is considered to offer the finest terraced savannah game viewing in Kenya, and at night you can listen to the sounds of herds of buffalo and elephant grazing outside your bedroom.
