Highlights: Horse back riding safari for half or full day, shared game drives in the vast plains of Chyulu Hills, an option of a day excursion or a game drive into Amboseli National Park, Sun downers, Clear views of Mount Kilimanjaro
Day 1: Arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport - transfer to a City hotel for your lay over. Meal plan is on Bed & Breakfast Basis at Nairobi Serena Hotel or its equivalent
Day 2: After breakfast, our representative will pick you from your hotel and transfer you to Wilson airport to catch a domestic flight to Oldonyo Wuas Lodge. Flight takes approximately 1.5 hrs where upon arrival at the airstrip you will be met and transferred to the exclusive lodge. You have an option of resting for the rest of the day as you gaze upon the vast beauty of the Chyulu plains against the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro Peak, alternatively engage in the array of activities scheduled for the rest of the day. These include, shared day and night game drives, horse back riding safari to mention but a few.

A double room at Oldonyo Wuas Lodge
Day 3: This day you spend the day actively indulging on a scheduled game viewing on a horse back. You have to have some level of fitness to ride the horses at the Oldonyo Stables. All the horses available at the lodge are well schooled horses and fit to handle many variables depending on terrain, wildlife as well as all experience levels of riders.A typical horse ride within the Chyulu hills consists of about four to seven hours on the saddle covering a distance of about 15 - 30 miles. This again depends on sight seeing, terrain and weather. Another option of horse back riding safari would be to undulge on a mobile luxury camping excursion conducted from Chyulu Hills to Amboseli Plains on scheduled departures. These safaris are handled by Ride Kenya safaris who have an authentic experience on horseback riding safaris. This comes with an additional cost and is subject to availability at the time of your booking.

Day 4: Full day at Chyulu hills with an option of going for a day game drive in the nearby Amboseli, Tsavo West or Chyulu East National Parks for more game and sight viewing. These are charged extra and recommended advance booking would be in order.
Day 5: On this day and subject to your return domestic charter, you will fly back to Nairobi and be transfered to your City Hotel or to the airport for your outbound flight.
