Indian Ocean Beach Club hotel started its operations in 1992. It is a luxuriously appointed in an Arabic style of architecture and boasts of a lovely interior décor which comprises of lovely antics from the sultans palace. The site has a bit of history to it as it used to sit a 16th century mosque.
Accommodation/room facilities:
The accommodation comprises of 100 deluxe rooms 25 of which are ocean front. They are awesomely crafted and beautifully furnished and finished. Each room features an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower and separate toilet, mini bar, tea/coffee making facilities, air conditioner and ceiling fan, safes, hair dryer, own verandah, smoke detectors, room attendance and evening turndown.
The resort has a specially designed room to suit a handicapped client. Besides the above mentioned amenities, it has a walk-in shower and supports both in the shower plus toilet.
