Villa Punda Milia is an ideal location for anyone seeking a relaxing sunshine beach holiday. It is especially good value for families or groups of friends out for a good time in the laid back and relaxing coastal idyll.
The villa is spacious, well ventilated in a secured environment. Located 5 minutes walk from Diani Beach. The staff are keen on making sure that Punda Milia Villa is a home away from your home. Punda Milia maintains a homely feel to ensure that you and your family feel at peace. It is tastefully furnished with a good mix of African modern look. Punda Milia also has one day staff in the compound, who is trained to allow you comfort and privacy therefore enjoying your stay.

It is built in African style with a Makuti roof (palm tree leaves) that ensure a constant cool temperature. Downstairs are two separate en-suite bedrooms with white linen bedsheets, a very modern bathroom with toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. The dining area is on a spacious terrace, overlooking the private swimming pool. Upstairs is a very big open space with sofas and another double bed. An outside balcony is also found upstairs, ideal to relax and watch the sunset.We also have a love swing chair to lazy away while relaxing. The villa is surrounded by a lawned garden (1000 sqm) with trees and flowers where harmless monkeys often pay a visit.
We also offer airport transfers, that are payable to the Taxi Man, directly on arrival.
Dining & Staff
The dining area, consisting of 6 chairs, overlooks the private pool and the beautifully lawned garden with mature shade. You can enjoy a drink on the upstairs balcony or next to the pool. Should you wish to seat on a swing chair and sip a refreshing drink- feel at home!
Please note the chef services are not inclusive and it is 1000 Kes per day for meal preparation (3 meals). This can be booked for you upon request.
