It has two bungalows and a maisonette built to please even the most discerning guests.
The bungalow hosts a double bedroom and a single bedroom unit, which can be combined into a single three bedroom unit.
The maisonette provides two spacious double bedroom units.

Additionally, all units have a double sofa bed, allowing accommodation for 2 additional guests.
Apartments are self catering with a fully furnished kitchen and living area.
Dining & Staff
Xanadu beach Villa offers self catering facilities by providing a furnished kitchen with your apartment. There are also two outdoor barbeque grills provided.
Guests can also dine out at one of the nearby places like Royal Reserve, Maridadi or Kingfisher Restaurant.
