Ngerende Island LodgeNgerende Island is set on a 12 acre site on an oxbow of the Mara River, situated on Ol Choro Conservation Area. There are 7 luxury suites all with stunning views of the Mara River, a restaurant offering international cuisine (a la carte) and spa.
Activities
Activities on offer:
- Two extended game drives per day in the 4x4 Lodge vehicles on the Ol Choro Conservancy.
- Full day game viewing at the park or Trans Mara (park fee extra).
- Bird watching on a designated route planned by the Maasai naturalist.

Getting there:
- The boutique lodge is situated 285 Kes from Nairobi (4 hours' drive) and 100 kms from Narok town (a two hour drive).
- The lodge lies at 5,300 feet above sea level and is serviced by Ngerende airstrip, a distance of 2kms away with scheduled flights from Malindi, Mombasa, Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and Wilson Airport, Nairobi. The flight time from Nairobi to Ngerende is approx. 1 hour.
