Mara Gypsy Luxury Safari Camp is located in the Siana Conservancy. The camp is nestled in the foothills of the Magwara Mountain fed by natural underground streams making this dense almost tropical jungle area rarely found in the Mara.
Mara Gypsy has only eight unique tents, with private ensuite bathrooms. The spacious tents provide an open plan sleeping and lounge area leading onto a veranda. Luxurious king size bed, comfortable seating, electric power points, deck with sun loungers, your own private breakfast area and camp fire. Attached to each tent is a structured walled bathroom housing, luxury double bath, twin butterflyheaded shower, flush toilet, mixer taps, hot and cold water. Mara Gypsy is ideally positioned just 10 minutes form the Maasai Mara Game Reserve through Olelamutia Gate. The skilled driver/ranger will take you through the terrain in one of the camps 4x4 vehicles. If you wish for a picnic on the plains with a full day in the reserve, a short morning safari, a night time adrenaline filled game drive, these can be arranged.
The camp area is unfenced allowing guests to enjoy the true natural environment and wildlife trek thru the camp grounds. Every precaution is taken for the guest's safety.
