Located on Manda Beach, Lamu, Red & Green House are an affordable getaway perfect for families, groups of friends and longstay guests.
The houses use solar energy and rain water. All water after being used is collected in order to water the garden. There are two houses on the 2 acre plot: Green House"
and "Red House". Located 7 minutes from the beach, in the middle of the acacia trees, it is a very peaceful bush house. There is a resident donkey, cat and 2 dogs that are great watchmen and love children.
Accommodation & Room Types
Red House has a double bed, your own kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The Red house can be rented any time of the year and for long duration as well.
Green House is the owner's home so it is preferred to rent for short periods and a one month maximum. Green House has 3 bedrooms (2 rooms with king size bed and and another room with a baby bed and a single bed), bathroom with warm water, kitchen, 2 living rooms (with 4 beds/couch), TV, DSTV, DVD, iPod station and Hifi station,

Enjoy the stars at night from the flat top roof and because of the solar system there is absolutely no noise at night.
Dining & Staff
The houses come fully staffed on a self catering basis which means you pay for the ingredients which you arrange for with the cook.
