Sundowner House Kilifi
Built in Arab style with Swahili furniture, Sundowner is located on the North side of Kilifi Creek. The location, on top of a small hill ensures cooling breezes throughout the year. The house boasts spectacular views of Kilifi Creek and magnificent sunsets.
Accommodation & Room Types
The house has 4 bedrooms (Bedroom 1-2 Double beds, Bedroom 3-4 – Twins beds). Dining & Staff
Fully equipped kitchen (cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, frigde, cooker and freezer) for self catering.
A seperate dining and living room, ground floor and first floor verandahs for magnificent views. The house is not connected to the main electricity. Power is obtained from a 10KVA generator, a 1KVA wind generator and 8x200Ah batteries. There is a 300 litre solar hot water heater.
Cook, house man and guard is provided.
