Samburu Reserve would be incomplete without a visit to the hippo pools where large numbers of Big –five Elephants wallow in the cooling muds of the River. Ewaso Nyiro River is favorite spot for prides of Lion to rest in the shade. There is also stunning birdlife with are recorded species of over 400. The Samburu complex is also home to Samburu herdsmen who can be seen driving their herds through the dust, dressed in striking red blankets and carrying spears.

Amboseli National Park is Kenya's first established game park and the word 'Amboseli' is the Maasai word for "salt dust". It is situated on the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro, spectacular displays of wildlife (Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Cheetah, and Buffalo) and various plains' game, postcard perfect pictures are almost always guaranteed. This park has a record of over 250 species of birds.
Day 1: Nairobi – Samburu (Lunch, Dinner)

Day 2: Full day Samburu (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
Pre – breakfast game drive, spending the morning session a own leisure swimming at the hotels pool or simply reading a page turner. An afternoon game drive will introduce us to the animals which are indigenous to this area; the Reticulated Giraffe, Grevy's Zebra and the Somali Ostrich. Lions are also frequently seen on the riverbanks, as well as Cheetah and the elusive Leopard.

Day 3: Samburu – Olpejeta Conservancy & Sweet Waters Sanctuary (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
After breakfast, check out and drive through the northern part of the reserve viewing game as we proceed to Olpajeta Conservancy to arrive in time for lunch. An afternoon game drive within the conservancy which includes a free visit to a chimpanzee sanctuary. Dinner and overnight at Serena Sweet Waters Tented Camp

Day 4: Olpejeta Conservancy Mt Kenya – Amboseli via Nairobi (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
After breakfast depart for Nairobi to arrive in time for a hot lunch at Windsor Hotel & Golf Club before proceeding further to Amboseli arriving just before dusk. Dinner and overnight at Oltukai / Amboseli Serena Lodge

Day 5: Amboseli (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
We spend a full day in the park with morning and late afternoon game drives. Mt Kilimanjaro – Uhuru Peak will provide a beautiful backdrop. A visit to a Maasai Manyatta will enrich your cultural experience with the local people who are known to co-exist with the wildlife.

Day 6: Amboseli – Nairobi (Breakfast, Packed Lunch)
An option of indulging in a pre-breakfast game drive to maximize on your safari experience . After breakfast, exit the park for Nairobi with lunch en-route arriving late in the afternoon with a drop off to your city hotel – End of services
