AA Lodge Amboseli is located 4km outside Amboseli National Park main gate (Kimana Gate). It's 240 km from Nairobi, 90 km from Namanga and 16 km from Amboseli airstrip. It's the newest 'jewel' and first presence of AA group of lodges in East Africa offering A-class hospitality experiences.

This lodge is set on 60 acres of land and commands a strategic location due to its proximity to the park, the authentic culture of the local Maasai Community and the panoramic views of the snow caped Mt. Kilimanjaro.

Accommodation
With a total of 60 rooms, AA Lodge Amboseli is inmate and friendly with many personal touches. It offers some of the finest accommodation experiences with rooms' facilities tastefully furnished and modern. Based on guests taste and preferences, the lodge`s diverse room portfolio gives guests option to choose with bed occupancy set as double, twin, triple, double plus an extra bed. A quartet and a baby coat can also be arranged on request.

There are 26 classic tents, 3 family tents, 18 classic cottages, 6 family cottages and for those looking for a more luxurious experience - the 7 superior rooms will with no doubt meet the best of the expectation-its more spacious and guest can view the mountain at the comfort of their rooms through the glass window and the door to the balcony. The rooms are elegant, fully furnished, and spacious with wardrobe, reading table, hair dryers, safe deposit and private balcony.

Conferencing
To cater for business travelers, Kilimanjaro conference hall has a capacity of up to 200 delegates and a boardroom; fully furnished and well equipped-a perfect place for Meetings, Incentives, Conferencing & Events (MICE)

Dining Experience
There are various dining options. The main restaurant sits up to 130 guests at a time. It has an extended terrace overlooking the swimming pool and offers an excellent view of the mountain and the surrounding garden. It serves hearty mouth watering culinary delights prepared from world's best Cuisines. For a more memorable dining experience, bush dinners/breakfast can be pre arranged. Apart from the main restaurant, poolside barbeques is a perfect place to dine under the watch and sound of birdlife with the flamingo pool bar serving refreshing drinks in a picturesque setting.

Activities
The lodge offers a selection of activities. Our professional tour guides with the local knowledge of Amboseli National Park and its environs will be available for a pre arranged game drive. Moreover, evenings are lively with the local Maasai Dancers available to entertain guest after dinner. In addition, a naturalist is available to take guest on a nature walk and offering lectures about the local environment.

Attractions
Being strategically located, the lodge is a 10 minutes drive to Amboseli National Park and commands excellent views of Mt. Kilimanjaro which is a perfect background picture of that dream photo with Amboseli Elephants at the foreground. The Maasai Community still practices their traditions and for along time they have been known to be hospitable to guest and friendly to wildlife. Though the lodge employs locally giving guest a chance to interact with the' Maa' speaking community, a visit to a nearby Maasai Manyatta will spice up guest cultural experience.
