Mboi Farmhouse Homestay is located high up in the Aberdare ranges in Central Kenya only a few minutes' drive to the world famous Aberdares National Park. You can enjoy refreshing experiences such as river fishing, game drives into the Aberdare National Park, tea and coffee picking, farming using local implements, village tours to community projects, local dish cooking lessons, playing football with village kids, and many more experiences.

Mboi Farmhouse Homestay is a spacious three bed-roomed farm house elegantly designed with a wooden waxed floor, a large kitchen, a laundry area and a veranda where guests can relax and take in the cool mountain ambiance. The farm house can handle a maximum of nine guests and provides high standard services, amenities, and comfort.

The farm house is set in a beautiful valley with a stream next to it and a fall where guests can enjoy their meals.

Mboi Farmhouse Homestay also organizes volunteer work, village tours, mountain climbing, treking, camping, and birding tours on request. You will sample attractions that make Kenya a premier travel destination at a more involving level and also enjoy some of the hidden treasures that mainstream tourists don't come across.

Mboi Farmhouse Homestay allows you to enjoy a truly "authentic" travel experience off the beaten trails, allowing you to mingle with locals on an equal footing, to share their stories and sample their cuisine, make friends and take home beautiful memories.

Note : Mboi farm has three rooms, one ensuite and two standard rooms. All 3 rooms are doubles. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge and cooker and can be used on self catering basis

• Children 5 years and below are free of charged
• Children between 5 - 11 years are charged 80% of adult rate
• Children above 12 years pay adult rate
  

* Room rates include; Breakfast, morning & afternoon tea or coffee, two 500ml mineral water bottles per person

The elegant farm house has one en-suite room with a bathtub and shower. There are also two other standard rooms which both share a bathroom and toilet
The home has a large kitchen which is open for guests' use, a large living room and dining facilities where guests can enjoy meals next to a water fall located on the farm while watching the region's exotic bird life
