The word "Sitawi" is a Swahili word verb for blossom, clearly the endearing nature that the property owner associates it with.

Sitawi House has nearly 100 meters wide beach, fronting Watamu Marine National Park. One enters the property from Watamu Beach Road (South).

This two (2) – bed roomed master en suite Beach Villa each has twin / double beds, toilet and bathroom as well as multi-purpose room usable for extra beds suitable for couples with children ages four (4) – eight (8) sharing.

Also not forgetting is the spacious sitting and dinner room cum outside verandas as well as a large kitchen with all that you require for self-catering, there is a good and elderly male attendant who lives in the quarters on site and a specialized cook who can be available for hire.

The Villa, Sitawi House is furnished in simplicity and style (Kenyan style with European influence). Every bedroom has a window opening towards the sea, while other windows only encourage you to interact with nature.

A beautiful indigenous forest of neem trees, casuarinas, coconut palms and other lowland rain – forest trees form part of the friendly environment and within easy reach are the tourist assets. All these nature – spots make Sitawi Beach Villa one of the great holiday playgrounds of the world.
