Kitengela Glass Guest House Nairobi Kenya

Print
Kitengela Glass Guest House is located opposite the Nairobi National Park, at the end of a rough road. Despite this, the constant stream of visitors from all over the world never stops. Kitengela Glass is a magical day out for anyone who has the slightest interest in art and design. The studio uses all sorts of recycled materials to create an amazing array of completely unique objects.

The centre has 5 beautiful quirky guest-houses that look as though the Spanish Architect, Antoni Gaudi must have created them. Undulating walls, stained glass windows and mosaic cladding all feature in these unique buildings. They are used as guest-houses either for people attending the courses that are run at the centre, or simply for groups of friends who want a weekend away together. There is a secluded pool with what looks like an enormous Loch Ness Monster swimming in it! The views from the guest-houses and swimming pool are stunning as they look over the gorge.www.crocodileracers.com
